How To Pay
VILLANO MD accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards with U.S. billing addresses. We will gladly call you to process your order over the phone in a more confidential manner.
Sales Tax
All orders shipped from www.VMDSkinCare.com will be subject to sales tax, applicable in accordance with the tax code of the state and city to which the order will be shipped. Tax is estimated at the time an order is placed and a final calculation of the actual sales tax will be reflected on your order confirmation e-mail and packing slip.
SHIPPING
Shipping Methods and Rates
VMDSkinCare.com processes orders Monday through Friday in the order in which they are received. Orders placed after 3:00PM PST Monday-Friday will be processed the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business day.
VMDSkinCare.com ships to all 50 U.S. states via USPS for a standard charge of $11.00. USPS delivers Monday-Friday (no delivery service on Saturday or Sunday). Please allow 1-3 days for order processing and 2-5 days for shipping.
APO/FPO, PO Boxes, U.S. Territories and International Shipping
At this time, VMDSkinCare.com does not ship to APO/FPO, PO Boxes, U.S. Territories or to international addresses.
Shipping Confirmation
After your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation e-mail with tracking information so that you may check the status of the order at your convenience.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation e-mail with a tracking number for your order. Please allow approximately 3-5 days for the processing and shipping of all orders. Returns and Exchanges
If for some reason you are not happy with your order, you can return it in its original packaging with the original packing slip to receive a full refund within 30 days of purchase (minus S&H). In order to return an item, please e-mail Customer Service at Admin@VMDSkinCare.com to receive a Return Authorization number that you should mark on the outside of your package.
Refunds will be issued within 30 days of the receipt of the returned item in the form of credit to the credit card holder. Exchanges will be made within 30 days.
Only items purchased on www.VMDSkinCare.com can be returned to www.VMDSkinCare.com. Items purchased in a skincare professional's office or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.
